Confession!

Before Kendall...
After Kendall...

I have to admit I have neglected my first born since Kendall joined the family. Cooper seems to have been hit the hardest. We got a post card in the mail Friday stating his shots are past due too. Cooper also suffers from epilepsy. His "miracle" drug is Phenobarbitol. Unfortunately for him, I haven't given it to him consistently in probably over a year...but he has remained seizure free. (I'm actually being serious)
And Chloe, our satanic black lab who used to eat everything she came in contact with including my memory foam mattress, Ray Ban sunglasses, Justin's Maui Jim's, etc.? Well, I never really gave her much attention to begin with, so no love lost there. It's amazing how quickly your priorities change. (before you call animal cops, please know Justin loves Chloe, and my dad walks them on occasion too!)

Kendall had a few clusters today, but we are going to be patient. Her cough has gotten better, and she slept well last night.

Have a great week everyone!

My name is Heather and I came over from Reagan's site.Tera and I met through the diagnosis of Infantile Spasms as well. Not the kind of ice breaker we are all looking for but what can you do.Tera is amazing, as is Reagan. That little love is such a trooper and just keeps smiling through it all.Tera is a great wealth of information so you found a great connection.I wish you peace on this journey as I know all too well the road seems long and oh so arduous so much of the time but hope along with faith will see you through.Promise.Our Zoey also had a stroke inutero and she has a very long list of diagnosis's as well. Some different than your sweet Kendall but all of them faced with the same sweet smile. There are some great support systems to be found on the internet but for be the community of blogging has been where I have found most of my inspiration.Kendall will show you the way. These kids always do.

That is so funny about you neglecting your "first child". We do the same with Bear now. He used to get baths 2-3 times a week, now he's lucky to get one a month! And it's ironic you should mention shots, because he's due for his too right now!!!

Aw Cooper is cute. Don't feel to bad our kitty cat got booted outside because of Jude's issues. He comes in every night though.
